Eseller Direct Limited (trading as Label Tek) is committed to making labeltek.co.uk accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that all customers deserve an equal and dignified online shopping experience.

Our Commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological conditions.

Our website is built on WordPress with WooCommerce. We continue to work on improving accessibility across all areas of the site, including our product pages, checkout process and customer account area.

Legal Framework

In the United Kingdom, the Equality Act 2010 requires organisations to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that disabled people can access goods and services on an equal basis. The accessibility of our website forms part of this obligation. Although we are a private sector organisation and not subject to the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018, we are committed to meeting equivalent standards as best practice.

Current Conformance Status

We believe this website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some content may not fully meet all accessibility requirements. We are actively working to address any known gaps.

Known Accessibility Limitations

We are aware of the following areas where accessibility may be limited. We are working to resolve these:

  • Some older product images may not have descriptive alternative text
  • Certain third-party plugins or embedded content may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Some PDF documents (e.g. product datasheets) may not be fully accessible to screen readers
  • Some form error messages may not be sufficiently descriptive for screen reader users

Technical Accessibility Features

The following features are in place across this website:

  • Keyboard navigation: The site can be navigated without a mouse using keyboard controls
  • Screen reader compatibility: The site uses semantic HTML and ARIA labels to support screen reader software
  • Text resizing: Text can be resized up to 200% in your browser without loss of content or functionality
  • Colour contrast: We aim to maintain sufficient contrast ratios between text and background colours
  • Skip to content: A skip navigation link is available to help keyboard users bypass repeated navigation
  • Focus indicators: Visible focus indicators are present for keyboard and assistive technology users
  • No auto-playing media: We do not use auto-playing audio or video that could interfere with assistive technology

Assistive Technology Compatibility

This website has been designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver)
  • Browser zoom and text enlargement tools
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Speech recognition software (including Dragon NaturallySpeaking)
  • High-contrast display modes

How to Adjust Your Browser or Device Settings

You can adjust accessibility settings on your own device to make browsing easier:

  • Increase text size: Use Ctrl + (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + (Mac) to zoom in
  • High contrast mode: Enable via your operating system’s accessibility or display settings
  • Screen reader: Built-in options include Narrator (Windows), VoiceOver (Mac/iOS) and TalkBack (Android)
  • Reduce motion: You can request reduced motion via your OS settings; our site respects the prefers-reduced-motion CSS media query
