Our Products

Are your tapes and labels compatible with genuine brand printers?

Yes. All Label Tek products are manufactured to be fully compatible with the most popular label printer brands, including Brother, Dymo, Seiko, Zebra, Citizen and Toshiba. They are designed to deliver consistent, professional results in the same way as the original branded products.

Are your products genuine branded products?

No. Label Tek products are high-quality compatible (non-OEM) alternatives. They are not manufactured by or affiliated with Brother®, Dymo®, Zebra® or any other brand. These brand names and logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Will using compatible tapes or labels void my printer’s warranty?

Under UK and EU consumer law, a manufacturer cannot void your warranty solely because you have used compatible consumables. Our products are designed to meet or exceed the performance specifications of the originals and will not damage your printer when used correctly.

What tape sizes and types do you stock?

We stock a wide range of sizes and formats, including:

  • TZe / TZ Tapes: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 18mm, 24mm and 36mm widths in a full range of colours
  • D1 Tapes: for Brother P-touch printers using the D1 cassette format
  • MK Tapes: for older Brother P-touch models
  • Thermal Labels: for Brother QL, Dymo LabelWriter/Seiko, Zebra, Toshiba, Citizen and Elton printers

How do I know which tape or label to order for my printer?

Each product listing includes the compatible printer models and tape codes. You can also use the Tape Guide on our homepage to filter by tape type, width and colour. If you’re still unsure, contact us and we’ll help you find the right product.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our product range, add items to your basket, and proceed through the checkout. You’ll need to provide your delivery address and payment details to complete your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@labeltek.co.uk or call +44 7502 353095. We process orders promptly during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 GMT), so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered dispatch. Please see our Order Cancellation Policy for full details.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view your order history and save your details for faster checkout in future.

Can I request a VAT invoice?

Yes. Please email us at info@labeltek.co.uk with your order number and we will issue a VAT invoice promptly.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
  • Klarna – buy now, pay later options
  • Sage Pay – secure card processing

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. All transactions are processed via our secure payment gateway using SSL encryption. We do not store your card details on our systems.

Will I be charged in GBP?

Yes. All prices are displayed and charged in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

What are your delivery options and costs?

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the next business day.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to become active.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

First, check your tracking information using the details in your dispatch confirmation email. If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@labeltek.co.uk and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@labeltek.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Who pays for return postage?

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the return postage cost. For returns due to a change of mind or wrong selection, the return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 24 hours. The refund will be returned to your original payment method in GBP. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to credit the amount to your account.

I received a damaged or incorrect item — what do I do?

Please contact us at info@labeltek.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
