Delivery & Returns

Get information on our delivery and returns policy

At Label Tek we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and transparent returns process.

14-Day Right of Cancellation

You may cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Conditions for a Return

  • Items must be unused, undamaged and complete
  • Returned in the original packaging with all original materials included
  • No restocking fees apply

Our customer service team is happy to support you throughout the returns process.

Return Method

All returns are accepted by post only. We do not offer in-person returns. Once your return has been approved, we will provide full instructions on where to send your item.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items

  • Return shipping costs are covered in full by us
  • In many cases, no return shipment is required
  • We will offer a free replacement or a full refund

Returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection)

  • Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer
  • We recommend using a traceable posting service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How the Returns Process Works

1. Get in touch
Contact our customer service team by email at info@labeltek.co.uk, quoting your order number, to arrange your return.

2. Package your item
Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging with all original materials included.

3. Send it back
Return the item by post using a traceable service, following the instructions provided after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund:

  • Processing time: within 24 hours of inspection
  • Payment method: refunded to the original payment method used
  • Currency: refunded in GBP (£)

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear in your account.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@labeltek.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a statutory right to return faulty or misdescribed goods. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
